Job Profile: Hostel Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Accommodation: Private room in the property (included in compensation)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Work Schedule (Flexible):
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (4 hours) → Cleaning, check-out, and supervision.
Break Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours) → Management, maintenance, and check-in.
Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Assistance:
Welcome guests, manage check-ins & check-outs.
Provide information about hostel rules and local recommendations.
Handle reservations and availability of beds/rooms.
Property Management & Administration:
Keep records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
Enforce house rules and ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Manage bookings through online platforms.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Ensure daily cleaning of rooms and common areas.
Supervise and assist with basic repairs and property maintenance.
Restock essential supplies (bed linens, cleaning products, etc.).
Security & Compliance:
Ensure all safety and security measures are followed.
Report any incidents or guest issues.
Maintain the hostel in top operational condition.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
Overtime: Paid according to UAE labor law if necessary.

Experience & Skills Required:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in hospitality, property management, or a similar role.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent guest experiences.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage reservations, records, and hostel operations efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges.
Cleaning & Maintenance Awareness: Understanding of basic cleaning standards and property upkeep.
Teamwork & Leadership: Ability to work independently while maintaining order in a shared living space
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
