Roles and responsibilities
Contribute to provide the needfulsupport to the line with regards to
sustainability
strategy,policies, procedures, initiatives, and qualitative &quantitative criteria; work closely with the line to update theteam knowledge of timely information on companysustainability’s roadmap, concepts…etc. toensure timely and desired contributions towardssustainability.
Job Specific Accountabilities(Part
1)
Sustainability
Analysis Perform  quantitative and qualitativeanalysis of empirical data with particular focus on environmentaldata; i.e. emissions, flaring, carbon, water and waste includinglife-cycle analysis(LCA)….etc.
Calculate, review andanalyse the greenhouse gas (GHG) / carbon emissions inventories,emission levels, flaring data, energy consumption… line with the
sustainability
criteria for thecompany.
Sustainability
Communications Represent  the company insustainability management events and sessions at ADNOC, localauthorities and ADNOC
Sustainability
Steering Committee, asrequired.
Educate, train, discuss andcommunicate the related employees and stakeholders to ensureunderstanding and of the company
sustainability
policy, framework,goals, initiatives… etc.
Maintainand update
sustainability
’ policies, procedures,communications, forms and related materials which enablecommunicating and adhering to the functiondirections.
Participate in the development andimplementation of
sustainability
and HSE educational programs, andtraining sessions, with a view to promoting employee awareness ofhazards and effects of conditions with which they are in regularcontact and how their actions can impact on the community andenvironment.

Reporting Contribute  to data gathering fordifferent
sustainability
reports ensure timely submission by theconcerned function or team.
Record thesustainability’ status updates and milestonesachievements in the related logs to ensure proper tracking ofit.

Practices Facilitate  the identification ofopportunities and initiatives to improve
sustainability
performancewithin Company and drive in prioritizing implementation strategiesto achieve targets.
Assess the sustainabilityperformance for company’s units and functions in lienwith
sustainability
’ plans, audits orcalendar.
Contribute to developing systems,procedures and guidelines with defined accountabilities andresponsibilities
Monitor the implementation of
Sustainability
Procedures and Practices to ensure the desired levelof compliance by the related parties.
Workco-operatively with ADNOC Group of Companies to ensure that companysustainability goals and objectives are effectively managed anddelivered.  Desired candidate profile  Generic Accountabilities Supervision Plan , supervise and coordinate allactivities in the assigned area to meet functionalobjectives.
Train and develop the assignedstaff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on thejob and deliver the respective section objectives.
Budgets Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation ofthe approved Budget and work plans to deliver Sectionobjectives.
Investigate and highlight anysignificant variances to support effective performance and costcontrol
