Prepare high-quality sushi with precision and artistry.
Uphold traditional techniques while embracing modern presentation.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, freshness, and consistency.
Collaborate with our head chefs on seasonal menus and innovation.
Ensure seamless service in a refined, fast-paced dining environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients and preparation methods.
