We are looking for an experienced Manager, Survey Works to join a leading Contracting & Infrastructure company in Saudi Arabia.
The role will be responsible for leading and managing survey operations across large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects, ensuring the availability of qualified survey teams, survey equipment, accurate project data, and technical support throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee survey activities across multiple infrastructure and road projects.
- Manage survey teams, resources, and equipment, including GPS, Total Stations, Auto Levels, and other surveying instruments.
- Coordinate survey data collection for new tenders and awarded projects.
- Provide technical support to project survey teams and conduct site visits as required.
- Coordinate survey handovers, particularly for MOT/road projects.
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, deployment, and proper utilization of survey equipment.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Technical Offices, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support the resolution of survey-related technical issues for design and shop drawings.
- Ensure effective management and development of survey teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Survey Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must have solid experience within contracting companies.
- Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure and road construction projects is essential.
- Strong technical background in surveying operations and field execution.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS and modern surveying technologies.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing survey teams across multiple projects is highly desirable.
