Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, project budgets, and tender submissions based on drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and pricing analysis.
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and support cost evaluation
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure cost-effective material sourcing.
- Manage tender pricing, variations, change orders, claims, and final account settlements
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports, valuations, and payment applications.
- Maintain cost records, supplier information, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
