Job Description

Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of issues to ensure the proper functioning of WMS for optimized warehouse operations. Responsibilities include system configuration, maintenance, and system integration checking.

Additional responsibilities include user training, problem reporting and escalation, ticket creation, stock count setups, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology. Additional certifications in SQL and Oracle are preferred.

Proficiency in user training, technical assistance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving issues, system configuration and maintenance, system integration checking, problem reporting and escalation, ticket creation, stock count setups, and problem-solving skills.
