About the Role:

We are looking for a Support Services Manager – Human Resources to oversee HR support services and ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, manage vendor-related activities, monitor invoices and payments, and support HR operational initiatives to maintain an efficient and well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR support services and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Review supplier invoices and verify compliance with contractual terms.
  • Coordinate invoice processing and payment requests with the Finance Department.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of invoices and payment status.
  • Support day-to-day HR operational activities and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate workplace readiness, facilities, and other HR-related operational requirements.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic reports on support service performance and operational activities.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support ongoing projects and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in support services, operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of basic financial processes, including invoice management and payment cycles.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
