Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAssistant Manager – Supply & Operationsto join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain, optimizing processes, and supporting the company’s growth. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in supply chain management, operations, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.

Operational Efficiency:

Monitor and improve daily operations within the production and distribution facilities.

Implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor supply chain and operations staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and operations.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all supply chain and operational activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Promote a safe and sustainable working environment.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field, preferably in the food production or distribution industry.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in English and advanced computer skills, including experience with supply chain management software and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
