What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Monitor and enforce driver behavior compliance with company SOPs, including quality standards, conduct, uniform, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
Coordinate the supply and distribution of fleet‑related materials, including spare uniforms and accessories.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
Ensure recovery and proper return of all company merchandise from 3PLs, including tracking, follow‑ups, and escalation in case of non‑compliance.
Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage, and policy updates to ensure consistent compliance and performance.
Collaborate with other teams (BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing, etc.) to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth end‑to‑end service delivery.
Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents, and key issues with relevant stakeholders.

The Magic You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, preferably in a fleet or transport environment.
Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and supply procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
