EXPERIENCE
The candidate should demonstrate knowledge of contract structures, procurement procedures, and stakeholder coordination under a formal
governance framework.
Relevant experience areas include:
• Supporting the procurement of consultant and contractor agreements
• Assisting with bid documentation, commercial evaluations, and contract finalization activities
• Preparing meeting notes, evaluation forms, approval documentation, and correspondence during the procurement and award process
• Supporting User Organizations in post-award contract activities, including processing change orders and performance monitoring
• Coordinating with project delivery, engineering, legal, and investment teams during contract execution
• Review contract records, logs, and approvals to ensure they are maintained in accordance with internal controls and audit
requirements
• Familiarity with contracting practices used in Saudi Arabia’s large-scale development programs is preferred
