Position Summary
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities within a food company such as KUDU. The role ensures product availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and operations teams.
- Support demand planning and forecasting.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Monitor delivery performance and product availability.
- Support new product launches and distribution planning.
- Conduct field visits when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors in supply chain management
- Bachelors in industrial engineering
- Bachelors in Logistics
- Bachelors in business administration (Supply Chain/Operations)
- Bachelors in food science or food technology
Requirements
- Ability to work in the field.
- Ability to evaluate products and provide recommendations.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
