Job Description
Supply Chain Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Specialist to support and coordinate the company’s supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, order processing, and logistics.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using Odoo ERP and a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Key Responsibilites
Manage and procurement activities
Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and product movement
Process and track supply chain transactions using Odoo ERP
Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and logistics records in Odoo
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery
operational issues and follow up on corrective actions
Prepare regular supply chain, inventory, and purchasing reports
Support demand planning and stock replenishment activities
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data is updated regularly in the system
