In this role, you will be the bridge between Daleel and our vital commercial partners. You will be responsible for sourcing new suppliers, managing existing relationships, and ensuring we get the best commercial terms possible. Because our supplier network spans across regions, you will regularly interact with offshore partners.
- Work Type: Full-time, 100% Remote
- Flexibility: Requires flexibility with working hours and days to accommodate different time zones.
- Travel: Occasional international travel may be required for supplier meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to meet our targets.
- Sourcing & Procurement: own the daily sourcing operations with stakeholders. (finance – planning – suppliers).
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing offshore and local suppliers, ensuring high service levels.
- Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, and exclusive deals to maximize our startup's profit margins.
- Market Analysis: Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new digital reward products entering the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Tech, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure seamless voucher delivery and resolve any supply issues.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory. You must be highly confident conducting business meetings and negotiating in both languages.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or partnership management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the e-vouchers and loyalty rewards is a huge plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with flexible hours and days to align with offshore supplier time zones.
- Mobility: Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally if required.
- Startup Mindset: A self-starter who embraces ambiguity, moves fast, and takes extreme ownership of their results.
