MiraCo is a leading player in the (FMCG-B2B) sector, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain & Fulfillment Lead to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and ensure seamless order fulfillment in Jeddah. 

 Job Summary:  

As the Supply Chain & Fulfillment Lead , you will manage inventory, logistics, warehouse operations, and regulatory compliance while optimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery. Your expertise in FDA registrations, customs clearance, master data management, and warehouse systems will drive operational excellence. 

 Key Responsibilities:  

1. Master Data Management:  

  – Maintain accurate master data files (SKUs, pricing, suppliers) using ERP systems. 

  – Implement efficient filing, archiving, and data retrieval processes. 

2. Shipping & Customs Clearance:  

  – Manage shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO). 

  – Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure smooth customs clearance in Saudi Arabia. 

  – Ensure compliance with Incoterms and local regulations. 

3. FDA Registration & Compliance:  

  – Oversee product registrations with the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA). 

  – Monitor regulatory updates and maintain compliance records. 

4. Pricing & Cost Analysis:  

  – Conduct cost analysis for logistics, warehousing, and procurement. 

  – Negotiate with suppliers and optimize supply chain expenses. 

5. Warehouse & Inventory Management- 3PL Service Managing :  

  – Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock audits, and safety compliance. 

  – Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for efficient tracking. 

Experience dealing with 3PL service providers , Fleet service providers .

6. Order Fulfillment & Delivery:  

  – Ensure on-time delivery and resolve order discrepancies. 

  – Collaborate with sales/customer service teams to enhance satisfaction. 

7. Additional Tasks:  

  – Identify process improvements and implement best practices. 

  – Support cross-functional projects and ad hoc duties as needed. 

 Qualifications:  

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 

– Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG supply chain roles, with expertise in: 

 – Master data management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). 

 – SFDA registration processes and Saudi customs procedures. 

 – Warehouse management, logistics, and cost optimization. 

– Skills:  

 – Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI). 

 – Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. 

 – Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken). 

-Communication and Analytical Skills

– Requirements:  

 – Valid Saudi driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory). 

 – Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 

– Transferable Iqama (if not Saudi) .
