Our client is a growing organization seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient movement of goods, materials, and information across its supply chain operations. The Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily supply chain and logistics activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
  • Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and records.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
  • Support supplier communication and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare operational reports and inventory updates.
  • Assist with demand planning and forecasting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
  • Good understanding of inventory and procurement processes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required.
