About the Client:
One of the cosmetics brand in the UAE, renowned for its innovative, trend-setting products that blend artistry, individuality, and modern luxury.
Job Description:
– Manage order processing and sales invoice posting in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all regions.
– Apply correct Italian tax codes and VAT treatment (intra-EU vs. extra-EU) when posting Italian transactions, in coordination with Finance.
– Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses in Italy and the USA, including inbound/outbound shipments, stock transfers, and SLA compliance.
– Liaise with Italian and US-based 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and customs/compliance teams on import documentation, Incoterms, and duty/VAT treatment. Monitor order-to-delivery cycle times and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.
– Partner with Finance to reconcile inventory, sales invoices, and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.
