Job Summary:
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
1. Purchasing Coordination:
Coordinate procurement activities to source materials, equipment, and services in alignment with organizational requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Monitor purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders to manufacturers.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during the procurement process.
Track order statuses, resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns, and ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast material requirements and manage inventory effectively.
Confirm forwarders to pick up shipments
The candidate should have experience in :
1. Microbiology, Biochemistry
2. Medical Supplies Trading Company experience is an added advantage.
The candidate should have:
1. Own VISA
2. Studied Microbiology
3. Masters Degree is Mandatory
4. Computer literate( Know how to use Microsoft Office tools).
