Job Purpose

The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Company supplier relationship strategy and coordinating day-to-day supplier relationship activities to maintain strong partnerships, monitor supplier performance, support risk mitigation, and contribute to value creation across contracts and projects. The role supports the Company mandate by helping ensure suppliers deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective services aligned with organizational objectives and PPP project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Company Supplier Relationship Management framework, policies, and governance model.
  • Lead strategic relationships with key and critical suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Oversee supplier performance management, including KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and periodic performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, technical, and project teams to ensure effective supplier engagement throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Manage supplier risk, including operational, financial, contractual, and compliance risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, variations, and dispute resolution related to supplier performance.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with the Company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to support strategic sourcing and long-term planning.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards on supplier performance, risks, and value realization.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi procurement regulations and governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, contract management, or strategic sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience supporting supplier management within infrastructure, utilities, or PPP environments.
  • Working knowledge of contract management, supplier performance frameworks, and risk management.
