As a Supplier Relation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Issuing & validating purchase orders on the system
Establishing and developing relationships with suppliers
Executing shipping in accordance with Incoterms 2010 and following up with customs clearance to release shipments
Creating purchase receipts on the system
Maintaining supplier records and updating current records to support grading
Supporting sales with commercial projects requiring additional services, solutions, or special commercial conditions from carriers/providers
Monitoring all open LCs with suppliers
Validating LC logistics terms during establishment
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Experience:
2-3 years in a similar role
Languages:
Proficiency in English and Arabic
