Supervisors Revenue Protection Unit RPU shall manage and oversee field inspection teams ensuring effective execution of revenue protection activities including detection of tampering verification of meter installations and compliance with assigned work orders KPIs and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily RPU field activities including inspections tamper detection and case verification
- Allocate and manage work orders to field technicians in line with priorities and timelines
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with KAHRAMAA standards
- Review and validate field reports photographic evidence and documented irregularities
- Monitor team productivity performance and adherence to KPIs
- Identify and escal
- Verify and report daily weekly progress operational challenges and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in utility field operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in revenue protection, metering, or inspection activities preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical/water metering systems and field operations
- Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Preferably with similar role/ experience with Kahramaa
