SUPERVISOR – SOFT SERVICES Jobs in Doha at new state facility management
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Soft Services Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in soft services, cleaning, or facilities management.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to supervise cleaning staff, manage schedules, and ensure high service standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health & safety regulations.
- Must be currently available in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning and soft services teams.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare staff schedules, attendance, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
