Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity.
Sales & Customer Service:
Drive sales by ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
Product Knowledge:
Ensure the team is well-versed in product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively assist customers.
Inventory Management:
Oversee stock levels, product displays, andmerchandisingto ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management, track sales trends, and suggest improvements.
Staff Scheduling:
Manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and ensuringefficient store operations.
