Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor – Payroll to join the resort’s Finance Team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Lead daily payroll operations and supervise the payroll team
- Oversee payroll system management, updates, and improvements in coordination with IT
- Review, process, and approve payroll adjustments and resolve employee payroll inquiries
- Ensure accurate payroll posting to the general ledger for timely book closure
- Support monthly payroll, professional tax, and social security processing and reporting
- Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements, company policies, and payroll accuracy/timeliness
- Maintain professional standards, adhere to health & safety and sustainability practices, and take on additional duties as assigned
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level.
- Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
