Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments in the organization
- Monitor customer service standards and provide feedback accordingly
- Oversee the hiring process and evaluate new hires’ performance
- Develop action plans for resolving issues within the organization
Prepare reports on operational activities on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 2 years (minimal work experience is accepted)
- Excellent communication skills and problem–solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Fluency in English language (Arabic is a plus)
