The Supervisor is responsible for managing site operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth execution of utility/industrial works. The role focuses on planning, supervision, safety compliance, and effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and control daily site operations and maintenance activities
- Plan and assign work schedules and monitor job progress
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and PTW systems at all times
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and site teams for smooth execution
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance
- Maintain reports, work records, and daily activity logs
- Resolve site issues and support operational decision‑making
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical field
- 8–10 years of experience in maintenance/utility/industrial sector
- Proven experience in supervising site teams and managing operations
- Strong leadership, HSE awareness, and PTW coordination skills
