About the Job
We are currently seeking a self-motivated Housekeeping Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and order in all assigned areas. This role involves managing a team of housekeepers, inspecting facilities, scheduling shifts, and addressing any guest complaints or special requests.
About You
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeepers effectively.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and guests.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Efficient time management to ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and supervise staff in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment to ensure proper use and maintenance.
