Supervisor (FOH) Jobs in Dubai at Sahha and Afyah
We looking a motivated and dynamic Freehold Property Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a portfolio of leading and reputed Real Estate Broker firms in Dubai market who deal freehold properties.
Preferably Previous working Experience with B2B Sales team
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Provide clients with information on available properties, pricing, and market conditions.
Guide clients through the buying process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Knowledge of preparing weekly reports, MIS for senior management.
Must have working knowledge in handling CRM
Requirements:
Proven experience in Freehold real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
Strong knowledge of freehold properties and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RERA Certification is added advantage
Valid UAE driver’s license.
