SUPERVISOR ( FABRICATION) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Sabeel Group of Companies
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication activities (cutting, welding, assembly).
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Allocate tasks to fabricators, welders, and helpers.
- Ensure work is completed within deadlines and project requirements.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, fitting).
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of safety standards (HSE).
- Good communication skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical OR related Field ( Fabrication )
- 2-3 years of experience in fabrication works
- Male Candidate Perffered
- Language – ENGLISH
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
