- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor the performance of contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively to maximize productivity.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges in coordination with the project team.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
