Supervisor – Commissioning & Testing Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Terracotta International
The Job Holder will be handling ticket counter sales. Assisting the agents in the territory with any issues etc. Handling Key clients and providing operational support to sales. Managing the counter during roadshows etc. Adding new customers. Handling the frequently flyers. Assisting corporates deals. Conducting trainings and product updates to help increase the sales.
Responsibilities:
· Increasing the sales and market share of the assigned Airlines in the territory.
· Handling independently all reservation queries.
· Deliver excellent customer service and responds to customer enquiries promptly, providing customer with descriptive and persuasive covering emails and itineraries and being aware of customer experience facilitating good trust pilot feedback.
· Tactfully construct fares that are competitive and hence attractive to the client but also generates margin for the company.
· Issue all kinds of tickets with assistance of senior ticketing agents and supervisors and be able to offer all the travel related products.
· Any other reasonable duties / responsibilities that may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
· Comply with all the Company’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
Travel and Tourism: 2 years (Required)
Travel Consultant: 2 years (Required)
