We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations within our Food & Beverage (F&B) business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the F&B industry, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining high service and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the F&B business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Manage and coordinate with different departments, including sales, supply chain, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
Train and lead staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational performance to optimize costs and revenue.
Address customer feedback and implement improvements for enhanced service quality.
Develop policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry specially in Chocolate and Bakery items.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Experience with CRM, ERP, or relevant operations software.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
