Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to manage our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness across all sites. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in supervising cleaning staff in residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure all cleaning standards and hygiene protocols are maintained
- Conduct regular inspections of sites (apartments, offices, clinics, etc.)
- Train new staff and guide existing team members
- Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in UAE
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
- Basic English required (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be currently available in UAE
