join our team
and supervise the successful execution of our prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and project schedules. Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Trakhees, and other local authority regulations. Lead and mentor a
multidisciplinary
supervision team, including architects, engineers, and inspectors. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address project challenges and maintain progress.
Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards. Monitor contractor performance, verify invoices, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting project milestones, delays, and solutions. Manage design and scope changes while maintaining alignment with client objectives and budgets. Promote sustainable building practices in line with Dubai’s green building initiatives.  Qualifications and Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 15years of experience  in construction supervision, with at least 10+ years in Dubai or the UAE.
Proven track record
in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. In-depth knowledge of Dubai building codes, DM regulations, and other local authority requirements. Strong
leadership

problem-solving skills

and coordination abilities. Proficiency in
project management
