Job Summary:
Sobha Realty, a premier luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is looking for a highly motivated Property Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong sales acumen, and excellent client relationship skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can generate leads, close deals, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investments and purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and Sobha Realty’s offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to maximize lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
UAE Driving license is preferred.
Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market and property laws.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus.
