- Strong experience in dealing and negotiating with all types of suppliers.
- Thorough knowledge of supermarket inventory management, including stock control, ordering, replenishment and price control.
- Ability to monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure product availability
- Good communication, organization, and reporting skills.
- Staff Management.
