We are launching an exciting new supermarket brand in Dubai and are looking for a dynamic, experienced Store Manager to lead our first store to success! About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing a team, and driving sales. You will play a key role in establishing our brand, implementing operational strategies, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team to achieve store targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee stock management, ordering, and merchandising to ensure availability and store presentation.
Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize sales opportunities.
Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture.
Ensure health and safety standards are met.
Work closely with senior management to support business growth and expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a supermarket or grocery retail environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent commercial awareness and ability to drive sales.
Knowledge of stock control, supply chain management, and retail operations.
Passion for customer service and delivering a top-tier shopping experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
