- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system and billing counter
- Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter
- Ensure correct pricing and billing of products
- Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints politely
- Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift
- Support supermarket staff when required
