Position: Superintendent Construction (Electrical)
The Offshore Company Site Representative (CSR) will be responsible for overseeing the EPCI
09 SURF package onboard the SURF CONTRACTOR vessel. The CSR will ensure compliance with HSE policies, technical requirements, and project objectives while maintaining seamless coordination with the offshore project team.
The key accountabilities include:
Upholding and enforcing HSE rules and regulations onboard the vessel.
Demonstrating exemplary behavior and leadership regarding HSE policies.
Supervising T&I (Transportation & Installation) and offshore activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and contractual obligations.
Ensuring offshore T&I activities align with HSE, cost, planning, and QA/QC objectives.
Monitoring and supporting T&I progress control (technical, schedule, and cost).
Facilitating communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
HSE & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies by SURF Contractors during offshore operations.
Participate in hazard assessments led by the SURF Contractor.
Oversee the implementation of emergency procedures onboard the vessel.
Project Execution & Supervision
Act as the Company’s primary representative onboard the SURF CONTRACTOR vessel.
Supervise daily offshore operations and report potential impacts on the project.
Coordinate with the SURF Installation team regarding offshore execution.
Participate in the mobilization process for the SURF CONTRACTOR team onboard the vessel.
Support the daily progress review meetings and provide technical input.
Ensure alignment of offshore operations with project schedules and objectives.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily progress reports and activity forecasts.
Attend and contribute to daily coordination meetings with the SURF CONTRACTOR.
Maintain communication with other Company Representatives on adjacent vessels as required.
Identify and communicate schedule constraints and operational challenges to the SURF Package Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirements:
20+ years of experience in offshore oil & gas projects, including at least 10 years as a CSR.
15+ years working within large multinational project teams.
Experience in EPCI projects, particularly in conventional offshore facilities.
Strong background in transportation and installation (T&I) of SURF components, including:
Pipelines, Cables, Spools, Crossing Supports (Concrete/Steel Sleeper, Steel Bridge), and Risers.
Temporary platform installation.
Hands-on experience with subsea installation in shallow water environments.
Familiarity with marine operations, lifting, diving, ROV activities, survey positioning, and load-out processes.
Track record of offshore attendance during subsea installation projects.
Experience managing Marine Spread operations.
Technical Skills &
Certifications:
Proficiency in engineering methods related to T&I activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

T-BOSIET
Experience with international codes and standards related to offshore subsea projects.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with industry standards such as Total Energies General Specifications and CMS standards.
Experience working with multicultural teams in a complex offshore environment.
