About us: Envision Lab is a Dubai-based applied learning institute specializing in simulation-based, custom-designed training for healthcare and corporate clients across the UAE. We design programs that put people in realistic scenarios rather than slides — and we're looking for someone to help us win and build that work.
The role: A paid 1–2 month opportunity (with possibility of extension) based in our Dubai office. You'll support the development of training proposals for government, semi-government, and private-sector clients — getting a genuine look at how custom L&D programs are scoped, pitched, and designed. It's well suited to someone interested in L&D, instructional design, training, consulting, research, or project coordination.

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on training topics, industries, and client requirements
- Assist in developing training proposals and program outlines
- Support instructional design activities and learning content development
- Help prepare PowerPoint presentations and client-facing documents
- Coordinate proposal submissions and maintain proposal records
- Provide general project and administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly for drafting and research, with sound human judgment and review
- Interest in learning design, training, facilitation, or organizational development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working within structured filing and documentation processes
- Arabic
Preferred
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Learning & Development, Communication, Journalism, Psychology, English , Business, or a related field
- Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in instructional design, training, education, HR, or L&D
- Familiarity with adult learning principles
- Emirati candidates are encouraged to apply
