Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sublimation Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating sublimation printing machines and handling the complete printing process to ensure high-quality output while meeting production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sublimation printing machines for daily production requirements.
- Prepare and process artwork files for printing.
- Set up machines, materials, and printing parameters according to production specifications.
- Ensure color accuracy and print quality throughout the production process.
- Perform heat transfer and printing on fabrics and other applicable materials.
- Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot basic machine and print issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of printing equipment.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Follow workplace safety and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sublimation Printing Operator.
- Experience operating sublimation printers and heat transfer equipment.
- Knowledge of color management, printing materials, and production processes.
- Basic understanding of artwork handling and file preparation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage production schedules.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
