Job Purpose:

To manage and grow the assigned customer base through consistent sales and collection efforts, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring alignment with company targets and strategies. This role plays a key part in optimizing revenue and minimizing financial risk through effective debt collection and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales and collection targets.

Conduct daily visits to assigned customers, including accountants, pharmacists, and key decision-makers.

Ensure proper reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Prepare and submit accurate sales and collection forecasts.

Develop and follow daily, weekly, and monthly visit plans.

Submit daily visit logs and regular reports (weekly, monthly) on sales and collection activities.

Report on market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Coordinate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and shared success.

Support the reduction of overdue payments and contribute to minimizing doubtful debts.

Follow up on customer orders with supervisors and ensure account balances are accurate.

Commit to company policies, processes, and ethical business conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a geographically distributed sales and collection environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM and reporting tools, basic financial reconciliation.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and result oriented.

Persistent, enthusiastic, and adaptable under pressure.

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

Strong understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
