Duties and responsibilities:
Controlling and monitoring studio daily goals and managing daily documentation.
Setting studio monthly/quarterly plans.
Estimating timelines for the main tasks of the subordinates.
Drawing up the monthly/annual budget of the studio.
Maintaining monthly plans: updating and tracking progress against the baseline and manage the timely delivery of the tasks.
Build and promote strong, long-term customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
When necessary, connecting directly customers to ensure successful communications.
Negotiating with all sides involved in long term/short term projects of the studio.
Measuring risks involved in the planning process.
Monthly status reporting.
Meeting agreed deadlines.
Managing the subordinated staff members.
Recruiting appropriate staff members in case of need.
Directing and motivating the studio team as appropriate.
Qualifications and requirements:
At least 5 years working experience on managerial position in fitness and wellness filed only (experience in Pilates studio will be advantage)
Only female applicant
Higher education in appropriate field (Master’s degree in Management will be advantage)
Excellent knowledge of English language;
Excellent knowledge of MS office, PowerPoint
