Studio Coordinator — Front Desk, Bookings & Studio Operations Jobs in Doha at Ceramic Cube
Ceramic Cube is a community pottery studio in West Bay, offering workshops, private bookings, memberships, and retail. We are seeking a professional, highly organised Studio Coordinator to run our front desk, manage all customer communication and bookings, and keep the studio’s day-to-day operations accurate and well-recorded.
This is a central role and the first point of contact for everyone who reaches or visits the studio. The ideal candidate is precise, proactive, and confident managing several responsibilities at once.
Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Fridays off)
Start date: 1 August 2026
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Bookings
- Handle all email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage all workshop, private session, and membership bookings from enquiry through to confirmation, and keep the studio calendar accurate
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and follow up consistently
- Welcome booked guests and assist walk-in visitors, clearly explaining the studio’s offerings and what they can do that day
- Process orders and receive payments accurately
Inventory & Studio Records
- Maintain accurate records of all items available for sale — finished products, bisque pieces for painting, glazes, underglazes, and tools
- Update the studio’s product records as pieces return from firing, and ensure the studio’s physical stock and the online store always match
- Apply approved pricing consistently (pricing is set by management; the Coordinator ensures it is applied and reflected correctly)
Firing Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate members’ pieces for firing and prepare the firing sheet with full details
- Maintain accurate daily records and prepare regular reports
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Must hold a valid QID with a transferable visa / NOC
- Currently residing in Qatar (local hire)
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or studio administration (preferred)
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Confident, professional communicator, particularly over WhatsApp
- Strong computer skills: professional email communication, preparing invoices, and producing reports in Microsoft Excel and Word, and comfort with Google Workspace
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy studio
- Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in a studio, gym, salon, hospitality, or service business is an advantage.
