About the role
Ceramic Cube is a community pottery studio in West Bay, Doha, running workshops, memberships, and ceramic production. We’re hiring a reliable, hands-on Studio Assistant to keep the studio clean, prepared, and running smoothly every day.
What you’ll do
- Keep the studio, workstations, tools, and equipment clean and presentable
- Open and prepare the studio before sessions, reset and clean after
- Set up clay, tools, and stations for workshops
- Carefully pack pieces for kiln firing, then unpack, inspect, and sort them on return
- Keep clay, glaze, and inventory records accurate and up to date
- Support instructors and staff during workshops
What we’re looking for
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills for record-keeping
- Functional spoken English (Arabic a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, organised, and detail-oriented
- Careful handling of fragile items
- Comfortable lifting and moving clay and boxes
- Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa, or eligible to work in Qatar
- Experience in cleaning, studio, hospitality, or warehouse work is a plus
Schedule: 8 hours/day, Saturday–Thursday (Friday off)
Pay: QAR2,000.00 – QAR2,800.00 per month
