- Own and drive end-to-end student admissions lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Lead and manage the admissions/counseling team to achieve conversion targets
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for admissions performance
- Ensure quick response time and structured follow-ups for all incoming leads
- Improve lead-to-enrollment conversion ratio through process optimization
- Personally handle high-value, VIP, or complex student cases for closure
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital + offline)
- Generate high-quality leads through paid ads, referrals, webinars, and partnerships
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CAC, ROI, ensuring cost-effective campaigns
- Build and expand international student recruitment pipelines (UAE, GCC, India, Africa)
- Develop and manage education agents, consultants, and referral networks
- Establish B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversion stages
- Analyze data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Forecast enrollments and revenue and align strategies to meet targets
- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and networking events
- Drive profitable growth through strategic planning and cost control
- Continuously train and mentor the team on sales and closing techniques
