The Opportuni

pportYou are the first point of contact for student welfare concerns across the cohort: academic stress, mental health, interpersonal conflict, health issues, homesickness, financial difficulty. You triage, document, escalate where needed, and follow through until cases are genuinely resolved. You also look for students who are struggling before they come forward, because early identification and early action are part of the job.
