Student Counselor – Sales Jobs in Dubai at 3G Brandversity
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and services. The role involves counseling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into admissions. This is a target-based position, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and direct meetings.
- Convert leads into successful admissions as per monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and institutions.
Key Requirements:
- Female candidates having spouse visa or resident visa preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- Prior experience in education-related companies, training institutes, or academic counseling is preferred.
- Proven experience in target-based roles (sales/admissions background is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
