About the Role
We’re looking for empathetic, proactive, and execution-focused professionals to join our Student Welfare team. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for students, supporting their wellbeing while helping create an exceptional global learning experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support students with welfare concerns, wellbeing, and day-to-day challenges.
- Manage welfare cases, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct student check-ins and coordinate engagement initiatives.
- Organize orientations, workshops, and community events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the student experience.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and operational processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Welfare, Student Experience, Program Management, Higher Education, Counselling Support, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, Social Work, or a related discipline preferred.
