Job description:
Oversee daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
Manage and lead a team of workers, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient collaboration.
Monitor work quality and adherence to safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.
Maintain detailed records of daily progress and report updates to management.
Identify issues that arise on-site and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
Train new employees on site procedures, equipment use, and safety measures.
Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring expenditures and resource usage.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans and identify any necessary adjustments.
Maintain accurate documentation related to work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
