Réalis is looking for a Structural Engineer in Riyadh, KSA for a giga mixed-use project based in Riyadh, which encompasses public realm, urban infrastructure elements, high-end residential and cultural assets. The project is currently pending imminent award.

Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and oversight on all structural engineering aspects of transportation projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Collaborate with design and construction teams to review and evaluate structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity, identify risks, and propose solutions.
Monitor on-site structural work to ensure adherence to designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Work with contractors and suppliers to resolve structural issues during construction.
Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals related to structural works.
Conduct structural assessments and recommend modifications as needed.
Prepare reports and documentation related to structural activities.
Act as a technical liaison with clients and authorities regarding structural matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering;
Master’s preferred.
PE license or equivalent preferred.
10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, especially in high-rise buildings or towers, with experience in the UAE is a must.
Knowledge of UAE building codes and construction practices.
Site supervision experience.
Proficiency in ETABS, SAP
2000, or similar software.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of site operations, safety, and construction methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
